ToshiPad: a fixed-supply launchpad for Solana

Abstract

ToshiPad is a Solana launchpad built as a homage to Bitcoin. Every coin is minted with exactly 21,000,000 units on one shared bonding curve, enforced by the Raydium LaunchLab program itself. Creators can optionally lock a Satoshi-sized 5.2% of supply forever.

1. Fixed supply

Every ToshiPad coin has a total supply of 21,000,000 at 6 decimals, which is 21,000,000,000,000 raw units. The site displays it, the launch builder hard-codes it, and the chain enforces it.

2. The curve rule

LaunchLab lets a platform attach a curve rule to each global config it accepts. A rule holds up to 10 groups of up to 25 constraints, and a launch must satisfy every constraint in at least one group. ToshiPad uses two groups on the SOL constant-product config:

Group 0: standard

  • Supply Eq 21,000,000,000,000
  • TotalSellA Eq 16,655,100,000,000 (79.31% sold on the curve)
  • TotalFundRaisingB Eq 85 SOL
  • TotalLockedAmount Eq 0

Group 1: Satoshi 5.2% permanently locked mode

  • Same supply, sell amount and graduation target
  • TotalLockedAmount Eq 1,092,000,000,000 (5.2%)
  • CliffPeriod Eq 100 years, UnlockPeriod Eq 100 years

A launch through the ToshiPad platform with any other values fails on chain, even if someone skips this site and calls the program directly.

3. Satoshi 5.2% permanently locked mode

Satoshi is estimated to hold roughly 1.1M of Bitcoin's 21M coins, about 5.2%, based on mining-pattern analysis that has never been confirmed. With Satoshi 5.2% permanently locked mode on, a ToshiPad coin locks exactly 5.2% (1,092,000 tokens) at creation. In the same transaction, 100% of that lock is assigned to the Solana incinerator 1nc1nerator11111111111111111111111111111111, an address with no private key. Claiming requires the beneficiary's signature, so the tokens can never be claimed. Because the whole lock is allocated, nothing is left for anyone to assign later. The platform takes no share (platformVestingScale = 0).

What is enforced on chain

  • Supply of exactly 21,000,000, the sell amount and the graduation target (curve rule).
  • The lock size of 1,092,000 and a 100-year cliff and unlock (curve rule).
  • No second allocation once the lock is fully assigned (the program rejects it with VestingRatioTooHigh).
  • Only the beneficiary can claim, and the incinerator has no key.

What is not enforced on chain

  • Who the beneficiary is. Curve rules can't pin it, so someone launching directly on chain could assign the lock to themselves. Even then, the 100-year cliff means it won't unlock in practice. This site also hides any Satoshi-mode coin unless its whole lock is assigned to the incinerator.

4. Fees

Platform fee on curve trades: 1.75% (to confirm before the platform is created). After graduation, the pool migrates to a Raydium CPMM pool (config 16) with a 0.005% LP fee and a 1.495% creator fee. The creator fee is collected by the ToshiPad wallet. The LP position is burned at migration, so the liquidity is permanent.

5. Status

The ToshiPad platform is live on Solana mainnet. Platform ID 8hEWHesaXM698DoUVg2KHCAN3DKu3xnX5GzK2FnLpsT4 (view on Solscan). The curve rules are enforced on chain, so every launch has exactly 21,000,000 supply.
